Can I get marketing materials to use in my business?

Yes, simply search the website and there are lots of printable and digital assets available for you to download and use. If there is anything you need that you cannot find, then please email creative@dermalogica.co.uk.

Can I sell Dermalogica products on my website?

Yes, we have a click-and-ship programme which you can sign up to and become a Dermalogica digital partner, earning commission with every sale.

Where can I find my business tools and resources?

You can find all business tools and resources under the ‘your resources‘ section on the Dermalogica PRO site after you log in. You will need a passcode to access these as they are confidential to Dermalogica partners and their employees.

How do I book workshops?

You can find our current workshops by clicking ‘book a workshop‘ under the education or your resources section of the site.

Please note, you should only have access to these areas if you are a Dermalogica Skin Therapist, Business Manager, Business Owner, Dermalogica College Lecturer or Medi-Aesthetic Professional.

If you are eligible and do not have the passcode, please reach out to your business consultant or email bookings@dermalogica.co.uk.

How do I find the latest upcoming events?

If you’re a Dermalogica Partner and are looking for the latest events, product and service innovation, or other key activities, go to keep up to date, under education.

How do I use the PRO Learning Hub?

The Dermalogica PRO Learning Hub is a great resource where you can book in-person and live stream workshops, view and complete on-demand courses, download your workshop notes, view service protocols, training videos and so much more!

I did not receive an email confirmation for my workshop, how can I get started?

Log in to your PRO Learning Hub and go to my learning section, you can view booked workshops here.   Please contact the Education Team at (UK) 08000 564 544 / (EIRE) 1800 818 555 or use the speak to an expert chat button on the bottom right corner of the page for additional assistance.

I cannot find the workshop notes, where can I download them from?

If your workshop offers notes, you can find these in your PRO Learning Hub.  Go to my learning, find your course and view the my downloads section.   If you are still having challenges, Please contact the Education Team at (UK) 08000 564 544 / (EIRE) 1800 818 555 or use the speak to an expert chat button on the bottom right corner of the page for additional assistance.

 

Do I need to download the Zoom app to attend live stream ?

To have full access to a live stream class, we recommend downloading the Zoom app. Once downloaded, future classes are just a click away. You can download the Zoom app via www.zoom.us/download.

What should I do if the Live Streaming class stops working?

You will need to log out of Zoom and close out of the Zoom app. You can then re-open the Zoom app and log back in. If you have additional technical issues, Zoom can assist you by visiting https://support.zoom.us/

I have logged into the Live Streaming workshop and I see "waiting to be accepted", what should I do?

This means that your educator has not launched the class yet in Zoom. Once the instructor launches the workshop, your screen will change over. Workshops will normally be launched 5 minutes prior to the start time.

Will I receive a certificate for each workshop I complete?

You will receive a digital certificate for each workshop you attend via in-person, live streaming and on-demand.

 

How do I get my certificate?

To give you easier access the Dermalogica Pro Learning Hub allows you to download your certificate of attendance or completion directly once training is complete. Find all your latest certificates by going to your profile and accessing My Certificates.

Please note that program completions certificates for Aspire Awards, Certified, Specialist, Expert and Expert Renewed will be automatically awarded as you complete the program.

Certificates from workshops attended prior to the launch of the new Learning Hub will not be accessible via your profile. If you urgently need a certificate for insurance purposes, please contact our team via email on bookings@dermalinstitute.co.uk to assist you.

How do I cancel in person or live stream workshops?

If you want to cancel your workshop click ‘DASHBOARD’ and select the link that says ‘see your my sessions calendar’. Find the workshop you want to cancel, select the blue box to open session information and click ‘cancel workshop’. Select your cancellation reason and click ‘confirm session cancel’. This will remove the appointment from your ‘my sessions calendar’ and will remove the course from your ‘MY LEARNING’ area. Any progress associated with the course such as pre-learning will be protected within the system and reinstated when you re-book the course. To re-book for a different date simply click ‘BOOK AND ENROL’, find your course and follow the usual checkout process.

How do I track my progress on my programs?

If you are working toward a program including Certified, Specialist, Expert and Aspire Awards, you will find these programs listed on your ‘DASHBOARD’ in the PRO learning hub. Click the program tile to view what you still need to enrol on and complete, and see what you have completed already. Each program will have a progress bar indicating how far you are to completing.

How do I update my qualifications to see advanced workshops?
  1. From your Dashboard in the Dermalogica PRO Site, click ‘Learning Hub’.
  2. Select profile icon top right and select ‘profile’ from drop down.
  3. Select ‘Update Profile’ button on right-hand side.
  4. Complete or update all personal information and click ‘next’.
  5. On ‘Step 2’ page click ‘skip’ .
  6. On ‘Step 3’ page select all relevant qualifications on Page 3.
  7. Scroll back to the top and click ‘next’ on Page 3.
  8. On ‘Step 4’ click ‘finish and return to the learning hub’.

It's my first time accessing the new Dermalogica PRO site, how do I log in?

Creating a log in

  • If you are a new Dermalogica partner and have never accessed our education before, you will need to create a login.

Logging in and resetting your password

  • If you are a Dermalogica Partner and have previously accessed education with us, you must log in reset your password.
  • Do not create a log in as we cannot merge your student history and it will create you a new profile.

Where can I find treatment charts, product information and protocols?

These can now be found in The Book. You will need to log in using your Dermalogica PRO credentials to access locked information.

If you are looking for training manuals and clinicals, these can be found under ‘your resources‘.

How do I update my email address for the Dermalogica PRO site?

If you need to update your email address, please visit your DermalogicaPRO dashboard, update your email address and click ‘save profile’.
